Great list. I have another suggestion for defensive sets. Instead of Pariah I use “Trial by Fire” . 2 items: Adds 1206 Maximum Health 3 items: Adds 1487 Armor 4 items: Adds 4% Healing Taken 5 items: While under the effect of an Elemental Status Effect you gain 8500 Armor. Almost everyone uses an elemental status effect. If you only spend ten points on Mystic tenacity the armor buff will last longer. It works great on my Warden.

I set up a tarnished/ rushing agony together with Stampede two hander and the prior theric Headpiece that you get from red petal bastion and they all proc at the same time so cool!! you come in with Stampede! it prox the monster set and tarnished then the chains fly out grab everybody and pull them in and they get hit again by the rushing agony explosion and they get left in the aoe usually everything is dead from just that one attack so cool 🤓

Imho disdian is the meta set for vampcros with b4b spammable been enjoyin it alot on my necro full aids build and if you manage to get 3x ticks on hemmo with b4b on somebody it would work like a mini relequen dmg always 1.8k each 2 sec instead of 1 sec rele so hemo statues effect is like mini rele and i love it

Don't know much about PvP but Heartland Conqueror is fantastic for farming exp. making a full set of purple gear using Heartland Conqueror (which i like pairing with the gladiator set for damage) gives you almost 90% exp bonus for killing mobs. stack that with an exp scroll or potion and you can burn through levels fast.

I like using Heartland Conqueror with decisive. Makes it 110% so that you get it every tick, meaning major heroism is 4/tick and minor 2/tick, combined with the static 4/s it gets pretty crazy. Not really super useful outside of DK but it’s definitely a lot of fun rolling ultimate after ultimate, although Warden with easy major heroism makes this setup an absolute ult-dump truck.

Sadly I am in Eu, but it also means both servers have at least one necro enthusiast. :) I love playing necromancer and trying out what is in my mind. Nowadays I am trying to build a nord necro using heroism potions. For both stam and magicka versions. As an Arcanist main I use Deadly with nearly every set I make. It's just too good. Lately I've been doing Deadly/Tarnished for everything but been considering Deadly/Plaguebreak for PvP. The biggest drawback to Arcanist in PvP is the lack of burst fast damage and Tanished helps alot with that! I appreciate this list as I just got back to the game about 2 months ago and my biggest weakness is in PvP!

I wouldn't really characterize what happened to Rush of Agony as a nerf. It was in some areas for sure, especially against good small-scale players/groups, but against other ballgroups or against masses of pugs, I would arguably call the changes a buff. 100% still S tier. How you use it to stack enemies is just slightly different now since you can now pull them out of position instead of stacking them in place (really effective against other groups), and against pugs (who generally aren't very good at blocking things) the damage is now higher and the radius is insane.

@@Twelvescoffees it depends quite a bit from build to build, like on sorc bastion is a must, on some builds fighting finesse is nice and on others there's better options too ... I'll need to think about how to pour this in a video, but if you need some inspiration you can always go over the builds on my website. Many are not yet updated for u42 (some delays), but the champion points don't change

Yeah, I'm also interested in Null Arca (especially the perf version) for PVP, I think it's probably better than Tarnished if you're going for pure single target damage. Definitely seems like a strong candidate for a crit build on something like Sorc.

Hrothgar's Chill is total dong. Even if hit ppl with 30k+ ressistances. Its even more dong in 1v1 or small scale. Dont even know why you mention it. Titanborn Strength by your opinion is not good for ganking. but imo is one of the best big brain ganking sets. Combined with Simmering Frenzy + Strike from the Shadows it gives you 740 wep/spell dmg + 4960 pen. With frenzy is east to set your hp at 49% or low. Oakfather's Retribution is meta for WW (wolf). Combined with WW(wretched) and Gaze of Sithis. Way better than Titanborn. I expect it to get more popular with all the buffs we get from scribing, Thanks for the video (ps. Dont sleep on inc DK set. On the right hands will be more than OP)

I need a ganker build for nightblade but these options look very standard honestly. The combination i have in mind right now for a better instant effect is Shadow of the Red Mountain + Archer's mind because i want to proc it with a heavy attack while invisible (100% crit) activating Vateshran 2h Axe from the back bar for that extra damage and then using a bash attack on my target to prevent it from healing itself with either Red Mountain or even Tarnished Nightmare's Shield in the primary bar (Not sure about Tarnished for that 1 shoot kill) This combo uses either a monster set like Selene or a mythic but not both because of the Arena weapon. Please let me know your opinion about it.

I've got a Nord Dragonknight PvP "debuff tank" build for battlegrounds using Kynmarcher's Cruelty + Jerall Mountains Warchief. I'm currently using Powerful Assault as the second 5-piece set but I'm looking something better. I'm currently leaning toward Wretched Vitality. I'm also considering Blessing of the Potentates (3-piece) plus a mythic, but I'm not sure if it's worth using. What do you recommend?

There's several things that are similar to this effect. Mass hysteria, warden class script, arcanist uncanny adoration. Some of these have you stand still tho. Generally you're also looking for tooltips that say "charm" in them.

Aetheric Lancer in its current state on the PTS is a bad set, since the damage proc does not work at all (deals zero damage) while the uptime of the spell/weapon damage buff is not great.

I still have yet to find a better fb set than shattered for my nb. The incap and bow procs are nuts and its always nuts with almost zero set up. I tried tarnish and it can line up well. But i in no way feel the freedom i do with shattered and how i can fight people.

Yes and not sure why he puts shattered fate over oakfather because sf is only applicable when you on FB as in all or nothing set and there is no inbetween like your typical 5 piece with the 2 to 4 bonus. Also he is selling short about oakfather weaken when you fight players with lesser buffs active. The point is anyone solo or group for whatever reason do not try to max out all buffs is lowbie skilled players. Meaning you can beat them anyway regardless of what you wear. Is the decent players that oakfather scales well against and gives you just enough edge over them.

You forgot Azure blight. Is the best set against ball groups or even small scales that packs tightly relying on cross healing. For organise groups using it is completely bonkers as they can time their 1sec tick all hitting the same pulled targets. Only draw back is it relies on number of players collectively using it. One player using it will meaning nothing against ball groups but the scaling is exponential as more people using it as you all share the same 20 seed stack. Note to all pugs and zergs. Please bring your own Azure blight and spam your soul splitter and any sticky aoe dots if you do not want to get slaughtered by ball groups during the coming mayhem. Azure blight is your only fighting chance against them.
