Jake you may be farming for the torc wrong. The leads drop from Gw and the mauraders. Focus on them, and you can get it in an afternoon.

Hi I know this is basically not related to this video. But I have been searching for any answers related to this and could not find any, it's related to eso though. I played eso a long time ago on pc, probably 6 years ago give or take. At that time I remember one of the characters I played with got to level 50 and I was able gain champion points. Anyways at the time I remember going to the imperial city to explore via a gate from Craglorn, but now it seems the entry to the imperial city has been changed into an instance which it used to not be. Does anyone know why they changed it?
