Hey Ry big fan, thanks for this parse and the comparison to traditional setup :) Do you know roughly how much worse Perfected Vateshran Bow performs (assuming perfect uptime of max bonus) compared to Maelstrom Bow? Between the set bonus, vinedusk and hawkeye passives, I'm hoping it could be a decent contender even if just for enjoyment/mixing things up. Thanks!

looks like they just prefer using bar 2 as main bar. it's just how it's setup, doesnt make any difference. bar 2 is primary, bar 1 secondary for him.

Great video, and detail. Two things I’m wondering: 1) Is this rotation even possible without perfected relequen gear for the stamina boost and a lower CP like 900-1200 CP? 2) What would you do differently for a lower CP non perfected gear character?

perfected rele doesnt really matter since its just giving an extra stam line. Go ahead and stick with non perf rele.

Lol are you joking? I've played plar for 4 years now and I can assure you now that isn't the case, zenimax love plar it only had jabs nerfed but it's still op

Plar shreds every single class when it comes to solo target and execute damage and can compete with arcs in +0.5 encounters like Yaseyla. Also really good in dungeons , generally. This class gets more then enough love , though it would be nice if zos fixed the bug that sometimes locks you into ha animation when you beam

You can run posing injection the only reason whey he use venom arrow is so he can use ult pots.

What about the jabs/sweeps? I imagine there is not a big difference between daggers with sweeps and bow with lethal arrow, no? ) And, well, ig magplar cant sustain the lethal arrow anyway, but will have much better time with sustaining the beam ^^

It’s like 2-3k less damage on dummy but it translates well in content.

bowplar is on top right now. Sweeps is a bit behind but still usable especially in some fights.

I am learning the parse right now. I see I drop vamp bane and spear at 40% as well as dropping POTL as you mentioned at 10. I noticed in the last 5-10% in the video, you only used the Hail, Venom, Solar Barrage, and radiant oppression. Is this the only thing I should be keeping active in post 10% execute? Also- looking for insight on the survivability. I'm still on u43 as u44 comes out tomorrow on Xbox. Is there not a single defensive slottable on your bar? Because before, Templar could survive with jabs. Do one of these abilities have a change in u44 idk about or are you just depending on a bomb healer for your trials?

@@jacobguyette635 tbh your healer should always keep you alive unless you make a mistake and take extra damage, stand in a mechanic, etc. So I never run a heal or shield unless its part of the group strategy. If you need to run one, you can replace trap with vigor

You’ll want a 1pc light for the pen if you aren’t running velothi, either head or shoulder won’t matter

Null arca has the chance to crit while zaan cant, so when paired with crit sets especially highland, arca outperforms, with the more typical 56ish% crit rate null arca becomes more of a middling trial set like whorl of depths still an ok option but since its single target you’d want it to be exceptional you could try it with advancing yokeda front bar null arca body. crit builds are nice on Templar since you want beam to be critting

@@VladimirKrshunov it’s really the monster set+ mythic+ two different arena weapons that makes running a singular 5 piece viable/attractive typically this set up has better uptimes also imo more fun to me as well

@@VladimirKrshunov say we are keeping veltohi, the comparison is zaan+2pc crit+maelstrom bow vs another 5 pc set (either siroria, null arca, or deadly). The zaan burning increase and proc, the crit line and the 5k increase in endless hail from maelstrom bow win out over each of those sets
