ESO | The Book Wizard - Arcanist One Bar Healer BUILD

The Book Wizard is the FIRST Arcanist One Bar Healer build or The Elder Scrolls Online: Necrom Chapter for 2023!
Healing is something that is always needed in the game, whether it is a tiny trickle heal or a full on ear ripping loud screaming "HEAL ME!" type of heal. Some people like to play semi hybrid providing more than just heals, maybe some buffs, maybe some dps, or MAYBE they just want to be a RAW healer!
Well, this build is design to make RAW HEALING incredibly simple, at the SAME time as supplying default buffs and bonuses since the skills literally come with them!
This is a ONE bar healer build, capable of providing many buffs, bonuses and high resource management buffs and procs, easier than anything else out there, has literally the most powerful channelled heal in the game!
You can heal multiple players 3x per second with individual ticks that OUT PERFORM a 1 second GCD of a breath of life spam or anything even remotely bursty! This class is clearly in a league of it's own!
While in groups you want a mixture of classes for the buffs and bonuses they bring, you do NOT want to be WITHOUT one of these! Healing easy mode activated!
Not a single thing on this build requires ANY veteran content. All of it is either base game dungeon, or overland! The overland stuff can be traded, and the monster shoulder set can be acquired by a KEY that you can also gain from NORMAL! You will need High Isle for the Oakensoul ring, but if you recently BOUGHT Necrom, depending on the version, you will likely HAVE high isle anyway, so...easy peasy! Also, if you have NOT bought High Isle but you have ESO plus, High Isle comes with it once Necrom drops so, win win!

i swear i love this class even if it isnt exactly what we were expecting or wanted. i will say i would love to see you make maybe a combat physician, prayer shawl, bone shield, and the one ward cp point ward master build that just basically throws out so many dmg dmg shields that the enemies never get a chance to hurt your allies hp directly.

Love that you actually use and demonstrate the class spells and don't automaticly go for the universal skill trees every class can use. Makes it more unique imo.

Im amazed! Ran this build on my arcanist and i love it! Was able to he my heal Kamehameha beam to crit at random for 30k a tick. Thank you for showing this off!

I tell ya what, I got my arcanist mag DPS to hit for around 24k - 30k a tick with fatecarver. It's a one bar build lol as long you keep your Crux up, Deadly and I got kvatch Gladiator on cause it's the only other set I see that would effect the beam better, other than pure raw crit, which let's face it, we know it would work...

It looks like the arcanist is going to outclass the warden and templar, as soon as you were talking about the healing beam my first tought was ice cages in vss hm. Even thou it might not work like I think it might there.

Was really wanting that dye, sadly the tales of travel achievement required to get it is bugged on console and has been for over a year. They fixed it for PC in like 2022 I think and never Xbox. Still can't get any progress for tribute matches.

They should buff the old classes and make the animations nice and shiny as well. Sounds like this class is gonna be OP, well it’ll be nerfed later anyways as always.

Must be why necromancer still has the highest dps on a dummy and some of the tankiest builds in pvp. So much nerf

@@matthewsanders1154 Necromancer is a dlc class, the 2nd newest actually. Buff something like no pet sorc, Templar also needs some love.
