I was really excited when the Necrom Expansion was announced. I was even more excited when I got the chance to preview the new class and explore the new features in the expansion. This new class looks very awesome, although I don't think I will get it for a while because I have all the past DLCs to go through. I've only went through the base game story so far and I definitely want to go through in the original order it released , but awesome video! I enjoyed it!

Teleporting circles and invisibility are very useful. What do the other classes have in terms of utility skills?

@@cplrichmond chains for the dk is rather useful, necro team rez is amazing in dungeons, haven’t played warden, nightblade can go invisible, sorc has pets that can mini tank, Templar health/team resources can be a life saver. I do like the idea of cp 160 skills though. It could be a cool way to implement spell crafting.

So the majority of the clips show the class skills as green, but a few show up in a blue or a purple. Are those morphs? Different skill lines? Or maybe clips from before they settled on the final green color scheme? I, for one, am totally psyched about this class, especially the healer skills, which look fab.

Might be unpopular opinion. The visuals, sounds and some mechanics of most combat abilities and even regular attacks need to be revamped for this game to appeal to more people. I tried playing this on multiple occasions and for some reason I get extremely bored with the combat. It just feels floaty and unimpactful to me. Might be just me.

It’s not just you. ESO was my first mmo and I always avoided fighting enemies because I subconsciously disliked the combat without realizing it. When I started playing guild wars 2 I realized that wasn’t normal lol

It's not just you. I recently started playing and I share the same sentiment. A lot of animations feel stilted and floaty. All the animation cancelling doesn't help to make combat look any better. And a big part of making combat feel good is making it look good and impactful.

New classes are great and all, but holy cow, we need a new magicka-regen weapon! I'm so friggin' tired of using staves. Give us a tome, or a sorcerous orb. SOMETHING!

I recently got back into the game and I've been obsessed with the antiquarian stuff. I’ve been re-playing Skyrim for awhile now and got fully immersed into traveling to morrowwind and delving into the ‘Black books’ and I absolutely loved it. I knew once I saw only the cover to the new update coming for ESO necro expansion that it had to be Hermeous Moro. That was enough to pull me back into ESO on an old account I haven’t played for 5-6 years. Moro is definitely a shady character into some deep and dark cultist stuff but he did help me unlock the ability to control animals, undead and even dragons. I still don’t trust him though. I’m expecting a lot of dark magic abilities and the ability to control dark life coming from him though for any that want to wield that sort of power. Make sure to be on your toes though as he’s more than happy to destroy anyone that doesn’t pledge their allegiance to him for his own dark and twisted desires. He’s definitely got his own ulterior motives to rule over Tamriel. I came across a Reddit post of yours today that linked me onto your KZbin page that had some advice on a stamblade build and it keeps bringing up a lot of your content so I thought you’d be the man to ask. I want to build a complete Dro m’athra character ie. Gear, mount, pet, motif, skin….everything Dro m’Athra. Can you give me some advice as an ex-vet that’s now a noob on how to be the perfect stealth assassin khajit stamblade that wielded dual daggers, secondary bow? I’m happy to change it up as long as it leads to everything being Dro m’Athra. I’m coming back to the game after 5-6 years. Thanks in advance. You’ve got yourself a new subscriber.

I almost exclusively focus on PvE, so if there are PvP elements that the community are concerned about I'm not aware them. I hope that there comes a color change option for the spell visuals, im 50/50 on these visuals, "wet" green splash spells and "octopus" creature summon visual did not resonate. Give me some blue colors and a creature that looks more like a blue forrest sprite and this is 10/10

Yeah if you buy the dlc, play a bit of the alliance story you pick and then once u get to open world you can just travel there and start. (would advise picking the new class when you start too if you wanted to use it)

So long as you've bought the Chapter, if you start a new character and do the tutorial you can start in the new zone immediately after.

sadly, a LOT still NEEDS to be changed in ESO for me to consider returning. the old classes need some serious overhauls or outright reworks. weapons need the same treatments, as does the combat system as a whole. worse yet, the horrible trend of hard monetization NEEDS to be fixed up. so much of what used to be the idea of "earned by playing" is now part of the cash shop, which makes doing a lot of the content just not worth doing anymore, as their mounts/armor designs are all in the horrid loot box system. these huge sore points need to be addressed if ESO really wants to find its way back up on the spotlight of MMO gaming. side nitpick/personal rant: when the fuck are they going to fix vampire?!?!?! DX I hate that feeding makes you incredibly weak! it's ass backward! NOT feeding is supposed to make you weak while consuming the life forces of others should make you stronger! the hell? werewolf is miles stronger in comparison! give the blood suckers some love already! D: Okay, ranting over!

Wow you haven't played in some time, huh? They DID fix vampire in the Skyrim update. It's very different than og vampire. Also they introduced seals of endeavor which you can earn daily and weekly and then spend them in the crown store on things that also cost crowns. I've bought tons of cool emotes and things using seals. A lot HAS changed, we even get companions who we can equip and level up and decide what skills they use n such. Maybe consider checking it out?

? Are you talking about motifs or something? No power is in the shop and the motifs have always been sellable so people could always just buy them instead of doing content. There are still TONS of collectables and skins only from playing the game and getting achievments.

Reactivated my account for a month a while ago, and one of my first thoughts was that they need to drop the weapon skill trees, and give each class one extra ability per skill line. I doubt it's a viable idea code wise, but the weapon skills make every class feel so similar.
