Hello, which quest exactly? The event Tutorial quest (0:47), and both event quests (5:30 & 6:06) are only available during the Witches Festival. So you have to wait until the 24. October and the start of the Festival

Sorry that you missed it, but you can obtain the missing fragments next year again. You just have to wait for the third quarter of 2025.

Great video! I cant believe they are not adding anything new to the loot of the event, so many years its usually the same furnishings and motif as rewards that clutter the inventory and nobody buys them 🥲

As said in the Guide, the new items for 2024 are the Eltheric Revenant style (5:07), the Plunder Skull Blunder memento (4:59), or fragments for the Senchal Horned Owl pet (5:17). Furthermore they add a second new event quest: 6:06 Lord of Fear Quest - Witches Festival Event Daily Quest PS. You find the timestamps in the Video description
