What was the actual dx? Pt was describing hallmark signs of Pulmonary Embolism, such as a "sharp stabbing pain" which radiated to the back and pleuritic pain. US or CXR would be needed to rule out PE.

Definitely costochondrities not PE, but i would get a CXR just to be sure its not lung related in any way
