Solo Flawless Legend Zero Hour Exotic Mission (New Version) [Destiny 2]

Destiny 2 Season of the Wish - Solo Flawless Legend Zero Hour Exotic Mission & Outbreak Perfected Exotic Pattern Reward / Solo Flawless Revamped Zero Hour Exotic Mission / Triumphant Outbreak, Nimble Zero Hour, Flawless Zero Hour, Zero Help, Zero Deaths & Legend Zero Hour triumphs. Just a quick video showing my first playthrough of the updated Zero Hour exotic mission, that returned with Into the Light today on legend difficulty.
Apparently normal mode is bugged and at the same scaling as legend difficulty, so that'd explain why normal mode enemies seemed a lot more tanky than usual. The pathing is the same as the previous heroic zero hour, except again there's some enemies sprinkled throughout. Fire room puzzle is also different.

​@@veridiux Not trying to trash in your acomplishment, not everyone could get to the boss alone in legend, but still... kind of a generous way to word it for yourself, because essentially what you said is "almost soloed, just missing the actual hard part." The mission has a total of only like 3 big fighting sections, the rest is just running, doesn't matter how fast you can beat them all if you are running out of time for the boss.

If I had to guess, he has his audio routed through a GoXLR or RodeCaster. The difference it makes along with the additional audio drives is insane! I use a GoXLR mini to help with competitive Warzone (footstep audio). If you have the spare couple hundred to spend, I highly recommend

My bet is that he puts a bit of compression on the audio in post. That way it will level out all the dynamics so that quiet sounds are louder and louder sounds brought down to match the desired threshold

yes, i don’t care what people say it’s like impossible to do this in 20 minutes, my team tried 5 to 6 times running through the adds pretty good but damn jumping puzzles are stupid cuz my character decides that mantling doesn’t exist & somehow i use one of my double jumps even though i didn’t press to double jump in the first place lol

Great video, love that you didn’t use any movement tech to show this is possible without eagers edge, strand, skating etc. To everyone worrying that he only had two minutes left keep in mind, you can easily save time by using an eagers edge sword, strand, or even just using mountain top to gain a boost. You guys got this. My first run was absolutely terrible but after multiple attempts I just memorized what I had to do and where to go, it’s really straightforward. Just practice, that’s all it is and you’ll do great.

yeah im currently doing this now. practicing on legend and my friends are kind of apprehensive about it. I'd really like to get it done myself. went in on legend to solo it and see how it was and when i was surprised how good i was doing, I went and tried it on normal to get a feel for it - the enemies on legend were a tad too bullet-spongey! but normal showed me that I could do it and get damn near to the end of it solo. one friend of mine hates jumping puzzles because he can't jump to save his life lol, but I'm determined to get this. I just need to find a good solid loadout. I have a few of the guns he was using but also playing warlock.

@@MiBrCo4177 the enemy scaling is the same on both normal and legend so if you can do one you'll be able to do the other :3 fixed odds is a craftable machine gun from the duality dungeon that rolls incandescent and is insanely good for this if you don't have it and you're on warlock running a necrotic grip + osteo striga build is also pretty solid

The main power of polaris is dealing with stunning champions and extended boss dps when you have limited ammo. In this activity I think you could easily go with something else. Touch of Malice or Outbreak Perfected from this activity are also very good primary exotics and you could use with Empty Vessel Solar GL. The real workhorse weapon here is the Machine Gun

did this mission with my duo yesterday, if you have a few solar surge mods (Had 2 active) dragons breath kills each spider tank with 1 rocket (even at 0 propellant). Not sure if its do to the amount of surface area the spider tank has making every burn hit at the same time (maybe multiple ignites) but regardless , it makes this room alot less time restrictive if youre struggling. essentially skip a phase.

the back right vent route is on legend only. the ship vent is closed. On normal the back right vent is closed. Both two different routes per difficulty.

That's because you are doing the normal version, not the legend one. On the normal version you have to the front of the ship. There is a vent there.

I did normal solo, but died a couple times. Finished with 15mins left on the timer. That sucks. Because that means I'm way off on being able to finish legend difficulty in time. That being said, it was my first run after coming back to Zero Hour since it was out back in the day. So my next run will definitely be smoother.
