Did they skip Shadowkeep with this? If so, lol. Bad and boring campaign was a bad and boring campaign. XD (Though Lightfall is still worse than it... and Beyond Light wasn't much better than Shadowkeep.)

When your lore community is scratching their heads and can't even provide some form of answer. You screwed up badly. This is the case for both Lightfall and Shadowkeep. To think otherwise is an honest delusion.
