For a lot of his arguments, it seems like Hoarcrux is banking on the fact that a lot of people don't know anything about the back-end of KZbin, or how KZbin claims/strikes work... In the segment where he claimed that he does not see any thumbnails, for example, you can clearly see, when he holds up his phone to the screen, that there is no thumbnail because he is showcasing comments that were made under a "post" (a community post). These don't have thumbnails. A comment made on an actual video (like his expose video) *would* showcase a small preview of that video's thumbnail on your KZbin studio app. This all just comes across as incredibly manipulative. It was so frustrating to watch all of this as a fellow content creator™ :') My sympathies go out to any creators that were wrongly hit with copyright strikes as a result of all of this. That is such a devastating thing to do to someone :(

It’s gross overall. The part that got me was him waving off his losses like he didn’t know how much it hurt. Meanwhile he also states he CONSTANTLY is looking at stats and uses them to gauge success. Zero accountability. Not sure if he is openly lying to the community or lying to himself. A little introspection would go a long way. “I got obsessed with the numbers and it got to my head. I should be focusing on the quality of my content rather than trying to drag others down. I’m dropping all strikes and want to move past this.” Instead… Posting the original video was an accident. He doesn’t even go to YT metric sites. Other content creators are bullying him. He is the real victim here. Good on you @nefas for holding him to account. He apologised and doubled down on some aspects, even blaming the victims in some cases for not bringing it to his attention. I have to add, he seems to think that YT is the final arbitor of these claims. This is a legal thing, YT opinion on copyright makes no difference in a court of law.

"The average viewer does not care".. use to watch his vids every upload for a few weeks before the drama, the moment I realized what kind of person he was I unsubbed and haven't watched a vid since. I'm in guilds in game that know of his name, but only in a negative way. He is a stain on the ESO community at this point unfortunately. Watching this podcast months later with the same opinion about him. This podcast shows he's just as bad as I thought he was. He thinks of his viewers as numbers, just a bunch of sheep. Why would anyone want to be subscribed to someone like that. Keep up the good work Nefas. I'll continue to enjoy you, Deltia, Arttee, Sawman and Godzilla content surrounding ESO. Hoarcrux will never be able to escape this ESO drama unless he manages to become viral on some other game where his newer viewer don't care. As long as he remains here, in the small community, he will always be known as a malicous content creator, out to step on the backs of others to boost himself up. He still has yet to make a legit apology taking responsibility for his actions, he seems to think people really believe his excuses.
