Sorry about the background noise I was at work in a loud printing press room.

What a beautiful guitar. I bet that set you back $4-5,000 bucks right? I'm trying to get my hands on an older standard series on reverb used. I think the E-ll branding was a weird business move cause people want the ESP logo not an E-ll logo even though they are still supposed to be the same standard series from before. I keep hearing how the Japanese guitars are made phenomenally. I have two LTD deluxe 1000 series and they both play great. So I'd like to grab an older SS before the brand split and see if you can really feel and hear the difference. I guess I'd try and E-ll if it was priced right but even those are pretty expensive. I remember back in the 90's and early 2000's you could get the KH-2 ESP version for $1500 bucks brand new.

Yes the prices are ridiculous right now. E II guitars are really high quality instruments. Some people say that they are esp standard with different name. Others say that they are ltd elites. Indeed it was a stupid move to change the name. Ive been thinking of getting one but haven't pulled the trigger yet. Im sticking with a schecter hellraiser.

Hey dude I just came here from your other video on your maxed out truss rod cause that one’s on kids mode and I can’t comment, I just realized I have the same issue with a used guitar I just got and I’m just wondering if you ever found a solution or anything

Hi man how are you liking it? I just built my horizon 2 last year from ESP USA and about to receive it this week. I have a question about it though cause my one has a different inlay in the 12th fret. instead of a long inlay across the board it has two small ones on the two sides. did you have to special order that as well?
@xklopan3 жыл бұрын
I’m loving the guitar, I did swap out the stock pickups for a Bareknuckle Coldsweat set. Regarding the 12th fret inlay I’ve ever seen the one mine has on it, did you order direct from ESP USA?

@@xklopan Glad you like it. No unfortunately I am located in Australia and had to order from a third party which is authorised by ESP USA. I just had a look at ESP USA website and the pictures are showing the same inlays as mine. But really like the one you have which is the same with the ones we find on ESP EIIs. Really confused.

@@slash91991 I just looked at the site it looks like they made a change this year, I actually like the ESP USA on the 12th fret too, maybe drop them an email and see if they can do that?

@@xklopan Too late man, it's already in Australia. That's ok, It doesn't really bother me that much. I was just confused why same models have different inlays given that we did not have the options. Thanks for your reply. Looking forward to seeing some playing contents of yours. Have fun playing!
