nice project. I'm curious, which version of the FFT library did you use to get such precise frequency analysis as your KZbin video shows after 8:12? With the current FFT v. 2.0 it doesn't work so well. Something flashes somewhere in sync with the music. but by no means recognizable frequencies

Hi, very nice project!!! How many modes does it have? I can use the matrix pannel? for example 2 modules 16x16 or 32x8 instead of the led strip?does it need some change on the wiring ??

You can use matrixes, yes. They are wired in the same manner; a snake pattern.

Tinted glass should be used as a light filter in front of the LED matrix to increase contrast. Why did you stick the LED strip on this glass?

Very nice project.........would you know is there a function to change the order of the LEDs from left-right serpentine to up-down serpentine.......I want to build an infinity mirror and think the strips going up down would be better

Very good your project, but my leds are inverted, instead of turning on when it emits the sound, the leds turn off. Can you show me were I can change this in my code. Obs: my led strips are the same as yours

You can save money by using plywood as the backboard instead of the expensive perspex. If you use perspex, then at least use it as the front cover.

2500 leds is going to require a separate 5V supply with at least 8A, there will be a point when all leds will be lit. 8 rolls of 300 leds is going to be pricey too...

It might also work in ESP8266,but you will have to reduce the sampling rate as it's not as fast as the ESP32. Hope will help 👍

видимо, д.б. вторая часть, где автор нажимая на клавиши, пишет и отлаживает софт, это часов на 40 минимум, если не на 100. и третья, где объясняет алгоритм, это, если от школьного уровня, минимум на 400 часов. т.о. для меня осталась загадкой целевая аудитория ролика:( кст, автор пользуется китайским (что нормально) паяльником на 220в. пара винтиков на паяльнике держат нагреватель и жало, и означают, что он не паяльная станция. т.о. нет гальваноразвязки между сетью и жалом, при 25 градусах сопротивлегие корпус-сетевая вилка ~ 10мегом, при 250 градусах
