Hi Lisa and Melissa! Another wonderful podcast. I enjoy every minute of each of them and am still sorry to have missed you both when I visited the shop last October from New Brunswick. However, since you were highlighting your talented staff on this podcast, their designs and yarns I want to share how wonderful they were during that visit. Not pushy but ready to help and very welcoming. I'm certain it's not the first time you've heard this but the care and pride they all take in working with you both is evident and their commitment to the customer shines through. I love the knit nights with your team and hope you do more in the future. Makes we "on line" customers feel closer to them I think; certainly so for me - thanks again. Lisa - it's wonderful to see your recovery from the fracture. You are amazing and I often reflect how fortunate for you that you were a knitter and motivated to achieve a best recovery possible. I'm certain it is still tender and tired at times. Take Care, both of you!! Regards, Roxanne.

You two are such an inspiration! I was watching last night and you motivated me to finish my first sweater, a modified Agnes, that I started over a year ago! And you are designers! I absolutely love your aesthetic of simplicity and elegance. I made a Getting Warmer for my sister when she got diagnosed with cancer last fall, and it was a therapeutic knit that got me through some really tough nights of not being able to turn my mind off. Thank you. 💛

You two are my favourite podcasters. Absolutely love your format, your vibe, the clarity of the information that is always on screen regarding patterns, yarn and designers. The quality of your sound and picture is the most professional of ALL the podcasts I’ve watched and I never feel motion sick with you guys! I have to fill the space in between your podcasts with others but oh the joy when I see you have posted a new episode! Yes, you DEFINITELY need to keep making podcasts!!! LOVE your work.

Espace Tricot LoL, I feel like I’m 12 years old and my favourite rock stars have just messaged me! Hahahaha! On a more serious note, the warmth and generosity of your personalities shines through. The fact that you have gorgeous products to show from your shop is definitely an additional element that is really enjoyable for me but most importantly your measured pace and attention to detail really puts your podcast in an elite category. You two have found your calling!! So very well done. Love you both!

Love love love your podcast! A note about the Fiskars TSA travel scissors that Lisa talks about: I bought that exact pair for some international travels last summer and they were confiscated in Istanbul and thrown away. They were still in the package and I briefly tried to protest but they insisted on throwing them out. I have never had any issues flying with knitting needles and I fly frequently through the USA, Europe, and Middle East. Scissors are a different story. So far the only scissors that have been universally ignored by security are my Hiya Hiya tiny kitty snips (very small and have a cover). Anyways, just thought I'd mention that not every country/airport cares if it's TSA approved.

Love watching you! If it weren’t for you guys I wouldn’t have known about some of the fantastic yarns out there. The closest yarn shop is half an hour drive and quite small. Unfortunately, Upstate NY does not have a lot of LYS. My youngest is starting college in the Fall up on the Canadian border of NY only about 2:5 hrs from Montreal. Perhaps, I will have to take a trip up to see your wonderful city after dropping him at school. Will bring my yarn shopping list and stop in when I do. Keep up the good work!

I just knitted the Hipster Shaw in color "Desert" and love it. I`m a tight knitter too and found the Indian Cross row unbearable. so I swapped the left need just for this row into a much thinner metal needle. That works great. 🙋♀

On holidays so I am watching you on my computer, and the god thing is I can commit easily. When I watch you on the large screen at home, I have not figured out how to add comments. Use interchangeable needles and switch to a small on the left needle the row after the yarn overs. This way you have a smaller needle to move the yo through to be knitted. Then switch the needle back - yes extra work but easier then fighting with the yo's
