For those with an oven positioned such that rear access is awkward, you can pull the wire connections forward, do it gently and then affix them so they don't slide back through the holes, should be enough flex to reconnect tidily without the hase of pulling the unit forward etc...

Hi Rob, thank you for your post and some good information included for everyone if you can do it from inside it saves a lot of hassle.

PS The parts you sent me were perfect for the job! One thing, the new element will 'smell differently' first time you use it!

Hi Rob, yes it can have a smell as it has a coating that will burn off.

Beware the connections at the rear were not the same connections that were shown to be replaced. Both the new and old elements had 4 tabs but the element shown at the rear only had 2. Bit shabby on the video makers part.

Hi, do you have the model number of the oven in this video? I have the same oven, and the regular oven (non-fan) has failed, as well as the indicator light near the knob - As a second request, any thoughts on the issue?

What about the element at the bottom of the conventional oven? Do you have a a similar video for that? I need a spare for my Rangemaster 110 classic, the fan side works fine.

Hi Andy, we don't have a video at the moment, it is usually removed at the back and if you need a spare part www.espares.co.uk/search/ma2322pt1595/cookers-and-hobs/elements/rangemaster

@@eSpares is it easy to access from the back? I might have to remove it so I can make sure I get the right part :) Thanks!

Hi.. did you test the terminals with the voltmeter for continuity? Or was it another setting? ...to get a reading of 22.7
@eSpares5 жыл бұрын
Hi James, you need to select the Ohm's scales on your multimeter, not volts to test for continuity, depending on the meter you need a low scale such as 0-200 which will test up to 200 Ohm's.

Are the range master cookers on the mains power or plug in wall outlet
@eSpares5 жыл бұрын
Hi MJX DRONES, this type of cooker is hard wired into a socket with a double pole isolation switch.

Seams that you've forgotten the bottom screw of fan element

Hi H. Maktoum, the screw was in place just didn't need to film it going back in but well spotted.
