When Mike Holly set out on a winter park lake campaign he had little idea what a purple patch was around the corner. The quality and size of the English park-lake giants in this short campaign is awe-inspiring and sure to fire up any angler for the year ahead!

I regularly walk round this lake and have seen many fisherman trying their level best but have never seen anything being caught. This Video is amazing and those fish were awesome. Well done and thank you for uploading the video. I am a fly fisherman and think all carp fishermen are bonkers LOL but I thoroughly enjoyed watching that. Brilliant

It reminds me of my campaign on a park lake were all the carp have been stolen or died l was told don't bother there's nuthing in there but my instinct drew me to the lake 1st session nuthink 2nd one small carp 3rd 31lb l was blown away it was winter l had 31 in my arms and l am still catching last week had 26lb and 29lb happy days/ brilliant video

Live 2 mins from this lake and seen a good handful near the bridge ready to spawn, today. 49 lb silver common got had by the otters, sad. Wrote this before seeing you catch it. The lake culture here is so heart warming, beautiful people and great place to visit.

I am biased because Terry Hearn is literally my carping hero and idol whom without I would not have landed so many massive lumps all over Europe like I have in the last 30 or so years, so the stories and video will never match anything the guy does, but I enjoyed this very much thats for sure!
