hello, I have been learning LED light projects I wish to light a Christmas star, my wifi at the location of the display site out in the yard is almost non exisitant, I have a power supply 155 pixels, a nod MCU and WLED,, what do I need to make his work Thanks

All the parts needed are in the video discretion. You need the Wi-Fi antenna with the proper connector. You also need a fine tip soldering iron and a pair of tweezers. That resistor is very small. Hope this helps

hi there great video i tried a dig quad there 4 ports and could put 600 pixel on each port theres a dig uno to thanks

Thanks for sharing. I was going to ask how you connected/wired up the flood lights until I went to Wallys Light. Initially I thought the flood lights were the "standard/common" ones that are all over Amazon. Are the flood lights basically one pixel LED?

Yes they act as one pixel but they do pull a lot more amps. I can’t remember the number at the moment, but you can easily measure it.

Why move the resistor?

the external wifi antenna connector is not connected. In order for the external connection to work you need the resistor to complete the circut.
