You can't have a memory card and you'll have to be quick on the start button on the Sega logo. then press down and x quickly to get pass that hanging spot to play the game.

Since then I've updated the pc to FX-8350 and have 16gb ram Ddr4 with a GTX 1050ti 4gb DDR4. It's much faster and easier to work.

Not true. Graphics card is actually meaningless. It's all CPU power.
