AR watched shane get gardner to a win and in. now he knows that shane can get them to that point every year with these guys. it just comes down to the players to execute.

The moment I saw him speak last year, I was so drawn to his clarity, calmness. He is a gift to us, yet my comments will be the same for a few weeks, peace, calm, let us take our steps thoughtfuly, build a deep strong flexible team. It will come to us, everybody do their part. Yes we can go 15, 16 wins, no question. But it injuries, no pointing fingers, no jealousy, no envy, and the team can go a long ways.

Anthony needs time on the field. We will find out eventually whether it works or not. Go Colts!

I watched that Rams game live that told me enough about Anthony Richardson’s future. He can be a MVP level player. He’s just gotta put it together.

small sample size. i did like his body language after being short on that 3rd down.

Everyone needs to remember that AR is only 22. He is 2 years younger than Bo nix and Micheal penix, a year younger than Jayden Daniel’s, same age are Caleb Williams, and only a year older than drake maye and jj McCarthy. Anthony Richardson has a ton of room to grow still and is extremely athletic. I’m excited to see his progression this season

I believe that with Lammons and Abraham doing good in the slot we can slide Kenny Moore to FS like a FS version of Bob Sanders and let Cross play run downs. But Justin Simmons will give us the best safety tandem we ever had and improve our chance of actually winning more games greatly. So why is Ballard not jumping for a chance to accomplish that. We can give him a three year deal 17 million this year almost nothing next year like 5 or 6 maybe lower like 3 and give him like 20 million in his third year, with the option to cut him with little dead cap hit and work it that way. So if we plan on him only playing two years then we can resign Blackmon if he stays healthy to a contract with the first year being cheap and that helps us next year when we don't have a lot of cap room. Which means Ebukam will get cut freeing up 8 or 9 million and we can resign Kelly on a 2 year back loading contract and possibly Fries on a long term back loaded contract. Look at it this way the only free agent addition on defense isn't even playing a risks not being in the team. So essentially Ballard did nothing but the draft to improve the defense and all Latu is, is a replacement to Ebukam not an addition. So outside of the outside corners improving some in year 2 and Speed getting a full off-season as the ROLB. The only addition is LB Olubi starting at LOLB which is better. But all in that isn't that much compared to what the Texans did in on offense. No where near enough and Ballard should be replaced for his lack of being aggressive to build a best defense possible.

I also believe in Shane , and I honestly think he can take us to the playoffs, and from there, who knows .

Richardson shows talent and skill. Just have not been able to see enough of him to have a opinion of how good he can be.

I think that's totally fair!

Small sample size but not concerned at all. AR gets better the longer he stays in the game/rhythm. I'm sure he had some jitters from not being out there in a long time. I suspect Shane might let him play the whole 1st quarter next game vs Cardinals. I'm more concerned about this secondary 🤦

AR isn’t the project everyone thought he’s more ready than people think just young and inexperienced

This feels like gaslighting. You said you want to present things like any average fan would see on TV, well on TV Sunday we saw essentially two 3-outs and 3 min possession. It looked really bad.
