Richardson is a great athlete no argument there but he’s injured more than he’s played. Too young to be hurt that much his accuracy is terrible. Either use him like the saints have used Taysom Hill, and use him as a Qb2/ wildcat scheme, Or get rid of him you can’t build a franchise with a qb1 that’s always hurt, luckily we have a horrible team and aren’t a superbowl contenders and just missing a QB. My 5 year old son got really into football this season for the first time. We had a lot of fun with IU football, but he didn’t appreciate how incredible of a turnaround that was for them. As for the NFL, because of the Colts being so hard to watch, he has cared more about just following the NFL in general rather than caring what happens with the Colts. I’m taking him to his first game on Sunday, and I’m hoping he has a good experience and sees a win, but I’m really worried he’s going to be unimpressed with the atmosphere and hear a lot of boos. I used to think if you’re out of the playoff hunt you might as well just lose to get a better pick, but none of his friends care about the Colts either. They’re losing a generation of potential fans.

As a Colts fan, I wouldn’t wish what I’ve gone through multiple years in a row on anyone. It’s hard to wake up on Sunday’s or get yourself fired up for gameday, especially when you expect very little to go your way. I definitely made multiple trips to the bathroom last night. It’s just so upsetting to see how far this Colts franchise that has had many successful seasons over the last two decades has fallen. It leaves you as a fan just sick to your stomach. It’s hard to put multiple hours of sleep together after something happened like it did yesterday. It just leaves you thinking, if not now, when.

I would be happy to hear more former Colts chime in since they dismiss his opinions because he was a punter. Marlin Jackson might be the only former Colt I have heard from recently. I am curious to hear what Reggie Wayne has to say since he is on both sides. I like certain guys on the team. Chris Ballard might do well in drafting early rounds, but he hasn’t made the best decisions for the team. Shane Steichen might be a good play caller, but I don’t think he’s the type of coach I just want to run through a wall for. And Anthony Richardson is a great athlete, but what’s the point of having a good receiving corp if you can’t pass the ball. I would be fine with a full redo of the team, but I doubt there will be a lot of change.
