I agree you can't be like wait till I see em and you see em and didn't do nothing. They need to stop paying these players so much because that's the problem once these players start receiving the max dollars they start falling off when it comes to hunger to win because in their mind as long as they are considered a star they receive high contracts which means there is no incentive of winning a chip for an organization anymore. When players say they took something personal it's a lie. It's something to help keep the heat off their back.
