Mavs are just good on both sides. Even with an injured Luka. When they get some strength on their team, they will be good a long time. Look at that, a player playing well when he is on a contending team! I will admit I was kinda skeptical of the Washington trade in the beginning but I got around it by march when I saw his consistent effort on defense chasing guys in the perimeter and going up for blocks. But his offensive output definitely went up this against OKC probably cause their two defenders with size are focused on Luka and Kyrie while PJ is getting the 2 way player defensive lockdown SGA.
