Chokes? Jackson threw two TD's and ran for two TD's against Houston last year. In that KC game he hit Flowers with a strike that the rookie fumble going into the end zone. He came back later and hit the rookie again that would have put them into position to score a TD or at least a FG, but Flowers got an unsportsman penalty (spinning the ball) that set the offense back again.

What if "opening up the playbook" as meaning calling plays they haven't called or used in the regular season. Coaches are known to keep certain plays just for the post season. I don't immediately think that opening up playbook means Justin Fields. It would not surprise me if he doesn't take the field at all.
