USC has a great young coach. They need to listen to her on each possession the remainder of the way. Padilla has been the unsung hero since the conference tournament because she is giving them points and big time shots at crucial moments. This team reminds me so much of Carolyn Peck's 1999 Purdue team that won the title because of their 3 guards (White, Figgs and Douglas) and USC has 3-JuJu, Forbes and Padilla. Marshall reminds me of Cooper in the post and USC's coach has a rapport with her players like Peck had.

With the 8 teams left, her competition will be tougher than any match up she's already faced. The remaining guards are great. HER, Paige B, Caitlin Clark, Williams or Floj Johnson, Rivers or James, M Fully at South Carolina, Howard at Texas or the girl at Oregon State. All of them have either great size to match up or incredible athletic abilities like her. The key NOW is to play in the post to force double teams and use her great size and passing skills to free up shooters like Forbes and Padilla and to get FT shots . The low efficiency from here on out won't cut it against the remaining teams that are better overall than the first 3 teams they've beaten.

I had a dream the other day. That we were back in 2009 and Juju was already a Freshman at USC and DeMar DeRozan was pursuing her the way he pursued his BM Kiara in college. It turned into a nightmare cause he was cheating on Juju the way he always cheated on his BM with Sha.vonti and Jordan Craig and all the heauz he still now fw smh...
