They have to either cut him and eat a bunch of dead money or trade him and get whatever they can. In this case, getting DA to pair with Rodgers is the best return they'll get for Reddick. The Raiders get another huge piece for the D that is clearly going to have to carry them this year, and a pick back that they want. The Jets need to resolve the Reddick situation one way or another.
