This is exactly the game i wanted the Celtics to win before the Finals. A come back from an 18 point deficit, where the starters played locked in defense and stayed composed on offense. This is the kind of basketball that kept the Celtics over achieving during their rebuild.

The Pacers did have a chance is the thing. They quite literally beat themselves by having all time choke jobs in games 1 & 3. That’s a part of their inexperience and youth though. This is what Boston went through for so long, and their experience is showing up in clutch time. Pacers will be much better next year because of this playoff run. Pacers are playing the Celtics much better than the Knicks would have been able to because of all their injuries.
