😊 kinda like Belichick & Saban. They were stone faced while coaching (I get it, don't give media, fans, social media anything to go off of), and I didn't like their teams. The problem with the Jets over the last 3 seasons have been coaching and team cohesion. They abandoned developing Zach Wilson to win now and expected a young and raw QB who needed competent guidance to be ready under bad coaching and no O-line. Team cohesion doesn’t happen overnight. AR and the Jets will play better; but he needs time to gel with this collection of players. As you can see, Lazard already gelled with Aaron; so they play a lot better together.
