My dad is a big time TCU fan ever since moving to the metroplex back in the 70's from Central Texas. Dr's are saying we won't have him too much longer after being a Vietnam Vet and hard working man ever since. His vision and hearing are almost gone but he still was able to semi watch this game. Even if TCU doesn't win the national title, this is a game that he i know he'll never forget. Go Frogs. Thank you for giving some excitement to my dad's crazy life of nurses and Dr's.

@@my1rule I've said it ALL SEASON long that Michigan is an over-rated team who played one of the weakest schedules of all Power 5 schools. Definitely played one of the weakest non-conference schedule in the nation. NO WAY Michigan would have been undefeated if they played in the SEC. Any SEC school had a tougher schedule than Michigan had. Mississippi State played a much tougher schedule than Michigan did this year. They played a greater number of ranked teams, and they played BOTH Alabama and Georgia this season.

I've been fortunate to get my degree at a school - not as much as blueblood programs obviously - but still has had a lot of recent and memorable success stories in many sports, but few times in life, there are games that just simply will be never be forgettable that likely won't happen again, this is one of them. Even though we got decimated in the national championship game a week later, I still have so much fun going back every now and then and watching highlights or the entirety of this game. This game and win will probably be the most memorable moment for me as a TCU alum in the sports world.

The Frogs beat No. 2 Michigan 51-45 as an eight-point underdog in a wild Fiesta Bowl….Seems to me Michigan was suppose to win…the odds at the beginning of the season of winning the championship was 200-1…Seems to me that is in line with my quote. Don’t get me wrong, love the frogs and want them to beat Georgia. Everyone has them as underdogs since the beginning of the season. Does not mean that everyone is upset that they are winning! I am just so impressed with how tough and physical their defense was in the game …the offense performed but their defense also stepped up. It was like their team was firing on all cylinders. Shout out to Michigan for never giving up!

TCU was an amazing team last year. I think the sign stealing scandal has almost attempted to take away from this team but they made Michigan’s defense look like they were playing on ice skates and as a Michigan fan, it has been a while since I’ve seen a team do that. That being said, I also have not seen Michigan’s offense look so potent. To know they were down by almost 3 touchdowns and came within a drive from winning the game is crazy. What a game. Looking forward to a Michigan team that learned from the past this CFP season.

These 2 Semi Final games were by far the best since the CFP was implemented. All I can remember is how everyone kept saying TCU didn't deserve to make it in. Also remember hearing a lot of people say Ohio State didn't deserve it after they lost to Michigan. I personally can't think of any other teams that would have made these games any better matched.

I was at work almost all day and didn't catch either game, as I don't get cable...both games were amazing...how can it be any more exciting for any football-lover. I was very impressed by TCU's physical prowess..I watched them win the Rose Bowl years ago as the #5 team just out of the playoffs in the first year of the CFP, but had no idea they were that much stronger. .. This is a win that will give them permanent huge credibility in future CFP considerations, vs Cincinnati getting bounced out as the #4 team last year...should be another barn burner for the title game.
