I'll continue to say it. Coach Orgeron was my pick to be the head coach of USC. Say what you will but LSU hasn't been the same since he left. Something about Coach O that got me fired up like I was getting ready to go out there and play. Lincoln Riley would be better suited as an offensive coordinator. Oh and for those that don't know Clay Helton was 11-3 in his second year as head coach with a PAC 12 championship and a rose bowl win under his belt. Just putting that out there.

Without Burrow LSU went 5-5 in a covid shortened 2020 season. It got worse in 2021. Despite high expectations and a favorable schedule, LSU stumbled to a 3-3 start in 2021, losing several games in which they were favored.

UCLA football isn’t what it used to be. It was a train wreck from 2016 to 2019, and a lot of UCLA football fans probably lost interest at that time. Having a football stadium about an hour from campus also might not help very much.
