As a teenager, mental health is more critical than it has ever been nowadays, yall. You are not alone and you are loved by many. Please ask for help when you need it and you will get through it. Incredibly inspiring for a coach, always preaching toughness on the field, preaching the acceptance of vulnerability off the field. Thank you, Coach Anderson, there is so much to be done and awareness to raise. I wish you and your team all the best the remainder of the season and beyond - I'm rooting for you all. On a way more important note, I pray that you find peace and a way to cope with the never - ending sadness.
