Thats a lesson for BSD, he exposed himself too much against a boxing specialist such as Dustin it’s crazy. . But at least he gave us a an interesting and intense fight. The highlight of the night for me. And for those who don’t speak French let me point out that his coach told him at the end of round to stop looking for a brawl and to keep his distance. I don’t recall his exact words but in French it was something like “arrête la bagarre, garde tes distances” Which is something his coach mentioned a few times in interviews that BSD had a tendency to be reckless.

I really like BSD but I like DP even more. BSD is 28 so hopefully he tightens up. He was ranked 12 against a no. 3 ranked vet, it was always going to need more experience to beat someone like Dustin.

I would love to see BSD train in the US before his next fight and learn some proper technique/defense skills. He literally did not even try to block any of the shots that DP sent at him and he was too reckless imo. He is young and has the power, so I think he can come back stronger if he works on improving his skills.

The info was released today in france that BSD was being treated for a staphylococcus and under treatment for the past week. Probably why he decided to go all out so early. He also seemed slower than he usually is.
