Hardly. In Kirk’s first year with the Vikings, Diggs had his first two seasons of 1,000 receiving yards. Add to that, Diggs tweeted in February 2023...."I don’t like the name Digzy or however you spell it lol I let two people call me that and that was Norv n Kirk." After he got traded, he wrote in the Players' Tribune....“Kirk was one of the first guys to text me. He was super appreciative of the time we spent together over the last couple of years, and he was just as encouraging, wishing me the best of luck in Buffalo. And it’s like … what do I even say about Kirk? This is a man who has invited me into his home. Introduced me to his family. Put in the extra hours with us. He’s a guy who, through all the ups and downs over the last couple of years, I’ve developed a tremendous amount of appreciation and respect for. The worst 2 min defense in nfl HISTORY and that ranked bottom 5 for 2 straight years. Also if you're going to act like he can't throw deep and only can cause of JJ the you're either dumb as hell or you don't watch them play. The TD Kirk threw to Osborn just last week, hes made multiple deep passes to Thielen, Diggs, Jackson, Reed, Rudolph, Landry to name a few over the years. 2021 season Kirk avg 8.2 air yards per pass attempt(8th), since 2016, Kirk has made the most 30 yard completions, deep pass accuracy was 52%(2nd), 2nd most deep passing TDs and 2nd in deep passing passer rating. Now talking about checkdowns, Kirk does this 7% of the time per PFF which is league average. He's depth of target is for that is .9 while league avg is .4.
