I can say, as a Chiefs fan, that Nix is the real deal. That defense in Denver is scary too. While it was a hard loss, and I am not a fan of Denver at all, they recovered from a hard loss in Baltimore and played KC better than any team this season. The Chiefs have shown that it is a mistake to even give them a hint of a chance to win. Had Denver had even one decent drive in the second half, the story today is that Denver is the team to fear in the AFC West. I will be shocked if Denver is not in the playoffs. The last game of the year against the Chiefs is a win for Denver, putting them in the playoffs.

On the play before the field goal, I watched Sean Peyton explain to a coordinator that the QB was going to run out the clock. I saw a huge satisfaction on his face saying “I’m so smart!” ha ha ha ha.
