He still has big lapses on defense.. Gets caught ball watching (allowing his man to cut to the basket).. If his man has the ball, he's okay, but it's the off-ball stuff that he falls asleep on usually.. He's been better this year though.. Only 2-3 backdoor cuts on him per game instead of 5-6 like the previous seasons..

I don’t think they even watched many Cleveland games this year. Ty Jerome and Caris Levert have elevated the bench. Kenny goes 9 deep almost every game. And yes Mobley is becoming an all star. The core four will do their thing but Kenny has fully utilized this team offensively - something JB Bickerstaff was unable to do.

I don't get how "playing 11-12 guys" isn't sustainable throughout the regular season. A team that can do this throughout the regular season and win around 60 games would be in great shape for the post-season. Your starters have less mileage on them and your rotation guys get as much play time as possible. Once you get deep into the playoffs, the coach has a treasure trove of versatile lineups they can go to, and when it comes to out-scheming an opponent for a series, I'd say Steve Kerr's been pretty successful over the last decade.

Don’t worry, Chuck never been right. He reads the game the opposite way every season. He’s been biased on Phoenix since the big 3, but still nothing has happened. 😅
