@@BurneyProMod There is i believe. Some of the pads are more control oriented while others speed. I dont know which is which unfortunately. The blue one is 5mm thick so i suppose it is on the control side. A guy contacted Tiger ESP and they told him the Titan and Master are towards the control side like Gsr-SE , Long Teng and SE moderate control / increased speed and Qinsui 2 / Qinsui xuan moderate control / increased speed. Im mainly afraid of those pads because i'd like something on the faster (like dechanic control) side while those look kinda like medium/control side.

The blue is a better all around mouse pad for flicks and tracking and it’s slightly slower with more control, this one is more a speed pad for micro adjustments so it’s a top tier pad for tracking but not so great for flicks.... from what I’ve heard.

How does this compare to an Aqua Control +, if you've tried that. I heard this and the Linyung (blue one) are very similar to AC+. I have AC+ and wanted to try something different so I actually ordered the Qinsui Xuan, which I heard is the opposite. Great review!

How does the surface/texture feel now that ~6months has gone by? I currently main the Zowie GTF-X due to the following: - it's a speed pad (Helios XL is my all time favorite mousepad) -dubbed as a "forever" lasting pad (can give it a light rinse and its texture/glide won't be affected but rejuvenated) Was also wondering if you could tell me if this pad feels stiff like a GTF-X? Or if its soft/squishy feeling like an Artisan Hien Soft? Because if its squishy like a Hien soft, I cannot use it. Those pads just do not work for me at all

Order a camera off amazon my guy. You might get lucky and it wont take a month. Good review, lots of knowledge. Great job with a phone camera! . Sub from me. Currently testing this pad out in valorant scrims. Been using the gsr for years. This is wildly different but Im determined to get used to it. Not sure I can shake 10 years of cs on a sticky, slow pad but I want to haha. Ps: I think you may be incorrect about no x y difference on this pad. If you push down with your finger and go left to right it feels smooth. Top and down feels like soft sand paper. That generally slows down up and down, but it doesn't seem to be as prominent as something like the Gigantus from razer. Flipping the pad like you did for vertical games made my aim difficult to control because the stopping power of left and right was strong, but vertical flicks in val and csgo had me flailing like a silver player.

Thanks man! Yeah, a camera is on the priority list. I just need to find a good camcorder or save up for a 4k Mirrorless + Lenses. It'll come with the next few videos, I think what I have now is working and I need to improve my editing + scripting before I need to improve my equipment. And yeah, interesting that you feel it's that different when rotating it. Personally I don't feel one but it just goes to show that everyone has different tolerances when it comes to the gear they use.

So, I actually got the Esports Neon Pad and it's the fastest/smoothest I've tried out. It makes the HuoYun feel like a cloth pad. I highly recommend checking that one out!

i play with high sens on valorant, i bought the qingsui blue edition and just found out that it's for low sens player because the surface is so smooth. Now i have to learn to play low sens :((

That's odd. Definitely give it a gentle wash with light soap and warm water. Maybe also see if your mouse feet are dirty

No, the coating is on the threading, not the overall pad. So while it technically is coated, it's not applied in a way that will rub away. The threads will wear out long before the coating does, and on standard mousepads that takes years

I just got this mouse pad and in the middle of the mouse pad where I use the mouse the most it is beginning to feel sluggish when I use the mouse in the middle of the pad. Not sure why. It feels not fast in the middle all of the sudden and I've only had it for a few days, if I use my mouse at the top corners it feels very smooth and fast.

It's going to feel very similar since both are cloth mousepads with plastic infused. I don't own the GSR-RE myself so I can't get too technical, but I have friends who do and I can confirm they're pretty similiar.

It's still just as good as the day I bought it. Perfectly flat, maintaining shape, no faded spots, and it's all consistent. Even after multiple washes :)
