both good but arle is broken even without xilonen but mauvika has upper hand because of his artifacts which can make her crit for arle you really need to grind a lot of artifacts and have her use 1 cd or cr polearm

Arle copers, bro just accept that mavuika is stronger its not like arle is dead she is just behind mavuika, my mavuika does 800k with lvl 1/7/7 talents at C0 and her signature with her premium team (xilonen, bennet, citlali) all are C0 except bennet who is at C6 and i am not even using artifacts for citlali until i get a better cinder city one

As a arle main my arle is in top 1%(C0) I just got mavuika today i level her up to level 78 (telent -3, 7,7). I give her my arle artifacts because i jut want to try her anyway..😅😅 She just did 300k🤡 and every swing of her bike do 60k-80k🤡🤡 (It’s not even her main artifacts) 🤡 That's when i knew i am in trouble as arle main🫥🫥🫥🫥

You could run a xilonen kazuha furina core, (This is only if you have her weapon for the High base attack and you can use an atk goblet) with a citlali rosaria bennet arlecchino core. She is still good but the issue is that arlecchino fans and muavika fans are at war so you can never trust either side.
