You can tell Xbalanque was the strongest of all. He was not serious, he was making theatrics. He was more worried about the rules and the flame going out. In my eyes he was on a completely different level, had to adjust to the boys bodys differences compared to his own even if he was capable of drawing full "power" in that realm. And that's how he should be, a truly one of a kind ancestor. One who tamed Ronova, one who slayed the pyro sovereign, the real apex of his kind. He handed Mavuika this win as a goal for Natlanese to try and beat. This guy is always two steps ahead.

I feel like you're downplaying Mavuika a lot. He didn't need to adjust his power to the boy's body in that realm, In the tournament yes that's why he placed 32, but in that realm they are at their peak. it wasn't mentioned anywhere the moment they stepped in there. Also him getting concerned about the flame running out so he can't go all out too is such BS when Mavuika is the same. If you're playing the "because he is a kid" card, Mavuika can't go all out too to not injure the body of the child. At most it's a tie, where two sides are holding back.

@treestump17 I'm not downplaying Mavuika at all, I'm doing the exact opposite to the extreme for Xbalanque. I truly think his feats he managed to pull off alone were extraordinary enough that no one supersedes him. Then in the fight the way Traveler didn't even have time to call off the fight as Xbalanque already reacted. Mavuika has literally zero flaws. That's actually my only critique of her. They made her too all-around strong. You could critique Xbalanque with this to an even higher degree but we haven't had enough time with him. I like when characters have flaws and make mistakes but she's flawless, just not as strong as the big X.

The fact they couldnt just have him manifest as a unique character model instead and just simply `possessed` a npc, and it specifically had to be a `small boy` instead and not maybe an adult of any more `proper physical build` for whatever the heck reason they were possessing a small child in the first place...really says alot on how they are just throwing random bull-shite about. Atleast have him possess one of the playable characters and change thar color palette to a pyro aestic or something would of been `much more creative` instead. In Either of those three cases, they could of made it look way more brutal then, maybe have some actual weapons instead of just random bull-shite go with magical gauntlets spawning outta nowhere. Plus gonna be honest, after watching the `fight scene` a few times, it seriously reaks of Bad Dragon ball Z/Super and terrible elements used to `simulate` an action combat scene. Namely: -Characters moving ridiculously fast, usually at a sizable distance so they just look like they are teleporting or just blobs of `energy` constantly running into eachother or `teleporting around the map` with punch impacts going off. -Doing action cuts VERY FREAKING OFTEN, some of which seem like they did a dozen of them in a span of 5 seconds, with almost every single one tied to a single action being done and back to back usually for them. The former one is just a lazy trick to avoid having to have any `actual` fight choreography with both characters on screen at the same time. The latter just results in massive jarring visual issues with all the camera angle shifts happening so many times, that can even result in `inconsistency or delay` shenigans where a character look like they are doing one action, the camera cuts and then the next time they are in view usually within half a second, they are positioned completely different or in an entirely different pose as if they had cropped out a large portion of the scene. With the delay part being some particular actions end up having varying degrees of `extended time` even when in one scene a character is slashing downward with a sword and after the cut, a character somehow gets several whole sections to `react` to the downward slash, even when that downward slash should be splattering open thar noggin in the next half a second. Anyway, kind of a shame that im sure Genshin players are still suffering one way or another considering what they pulled on them for a 30 primogems for new years, and only getting 20 pulls, AFTER that silly little phase 1 double limited feature, because Mihoyo didn`t want to let them get any of those pulls for atleast one of those 2 limited units and already were forcing the Archon banner to be on a entirely different version then matching up with the same version as the other 5 archons did.~~~

Definitely not stronger than Neuvillette because Neuvillette is a Dragon Sovereign with his full Authority and memories restored Neuvillette has memories of fighting against Ronova herself and the rest of the Shades and the Primordial One

@AmbroseVermillion nope you're wrong. Neuvillette wasnt supposed to have a human form but his species got so impure from all the experiments of Enkanomiyan scientists. The Pyro Dragon was one of the original Sovereigns who fought Celestia while Neuvillette is a 2nd generation Sovereign.

As of 4.2 he has all the powers and memories of the old Hydro Dragon Sovereign so generations don’t matter He’s the strongest Dragon Sovereign on Teyvat like it or not, the old ones like Xiucoatl and Apep were weakened and had no full Authority which makes them weaker than Neuvillette Also, Neuvillette has the memories and experiences of the fight against Celestia wired into him because he regained those memories so it’s pretty much as if he fought them himself

@@marvinnovilla4918The important thing is the Authority. If a dragon doesn’t have its full Authority they cannot use their powers to the fullest. This 2nd generations being weaker than the old generations is a popular made up headcanon.

@AmbroseVermillion it isnt headcannon it's stated in the Enkanomiya lore. Pure Sovereigns have dragon forms while Neuviette got a human form due to dillution caused by experiments on the Vishaps. It's also written in the description of the Dual Vishaps boss. 🤦‍♂️
