Case taking karte samay yeh ghabrahat bahut khoon peeti h. Patient says ghabrahat hoti h. I ask him again and again to describe the condition. Ghabrahat means discomfort and uneasiness. This may be felt because of the hindrances in breathing. Or there may be some emotional issues like Fear, Anticipation, Cowardice.
