I just installed this in my Yak 11, it was super easy and sounds fantastic. I'll shoot a video when I maiden it. I got it from Amazon. So far I couldnt be happier, install took less than 30 min without watching any how-to videos.

It's always good to find something that works just as good as the expensive ones but yet puts a little bit more money in our pocket and I'm all about that. Great job on breaking down system.👍👍

I could see this very well on my computer and you made it look very easy to install for those who know what you are doing. Once again, good demonstration!!! Keep up the good work!!

Hey Jeff - - I’m looking for a sound system- does this have volume control? Does the Mr. RC have volume control? And are the volume controls sufficient to overwash the propeller noise? Thx
@JeffsCustomRC2 жыл бұрын
Hi….I like the SenseOne a lot myself…it does have volume control, as well as the ability to add more sounds free from their website, such as bomb drops, guns, sirens, and several different engine sounds, as for the Mr. RC Sound system…I can’t say in the volume control since I person have never owned nor installed one in my aircraft due to the price difference between the SenseOne for how good it sounds as well as the features, price is approximately $79.00 last I checked, and that’s hard to beat for my liking, and the MR. RC Sound with 2 transducers is approximately $200.00 or more, hope this helps ya out, thanks for stopping by👊🏼👊🏼

I just researched Mr. RC and compare the load to the ESS. Both the ESS and Mr RC transducers can handle up to 4 ohm. Mr. RC can handle more bass frequency than the ESS. I’d rather have a higher midrange/treble frequency for better sound penetration at different ranges which the ESS will produce. I’m gonna go with the ESS. Mr RC is way too pricey, plus the ESS selection/quality of sound files are much better!

Good review! I tested my ESS-AIR today. Sounds great! But when connected to my computer, RC+ doesn´t recognize it. It always shows "no device". I would be thankful for any help.

Hi...sis you go to the sense one web site? Once you do the downloads , you will insert dongle attached to the amplifier and download sounds to it if i remember correctly, I have the directions still I can refer to I’d this doesn’t help, let me know and I’ll see what I can do for ya

@@JeffsCustomRC Hi Jeff, thanks for your quick answer. I downloaded RCPLUS from the sense website and installed it. Then i connected my ESS-AIR to a 3S Lipo and to the dongle. Then inserted the dongle into a usb port on my computer. Windows reacts with the usual chime-sound and ESS-AIR beeps twice. RCPLUS doesn't open itself. So i start it manually but it says "no device". I tried this several times, also reinstalled RCPLUS and restarted my computer. Same result. :(

@@JeffsCustomRC Hi, luckily i was able to solve the connection problem! It turned out to be a faulty USB driver. I entered the windows device manager and let windows update the driver wich actually worked. Now i´m connected to RCPLUS and can install and change engine sounds. However one proplem remains - 3 of the gunfire sounds don´t work. In the ESS-AIR menu they appear only with a question mark symbol and can not be played. Do you possibly have the same problem? Best regards, Gerrit

@JeffsCustomRC5 жыл бұрын
Kevin j hey Kevin, you could always make one if you get the connectors for XT60 and the jst’s from Motion RC, just a little soldering and your set, you can use for different plans with these connections as well

Kevin j I know the P51 is one and I believe a radial engine is in spot #2, I downloaded the sound for the Corsair in one and the sound for a spitfire in the other with guns for the Corsair as well, very simple
