Mr Fall your statement is a decent testimony of all the evidence, you done a great work to present us facts, witnesses, unbiased investigations and state documents. Congratulations for such a conclusive work by the TRRC. Keep it up for conducting such a good work. The Gambia needs a well structured judicial system to prosecute anyone that misused the legal system to benefit themselves or commit horrible crimes against humanity. You need to be the state prosecutor with a structured justice system, with an embodiment of financial investigators to investigate and prosecute administrative mismanagement cases, corruptions by unethical government workers, corruption by Municipal councils, Mayors, Ministers, directors and politicians etc, etc, to settup a system that will ensure ethics for the proper management of Government assets and institutions. Well done.

Well said, but am not just impressed by the sweet words u are saying me, instead u reminding me of why Jammeh came, the failures of our elites ofcourse. We are seeing what is still happening in the Gambia after Jammeh departed. So I believed, without system change and not building strong institutions, Gambians will still be crying as am still talking about the lack of opportunities I had before 1994

Was Essa not one of the draters of those CRUDE LAWS? Also , is he preparing for politics? Was he impartial? I am not a Jammeh supporter hence he has done things to my relatives. However, Allah wants us to be just, even against ourselves. Good faith is very important in doing anything. By the way, he is a brother. Lets use our senses thus think for ourselves. JZK

No man is perfect and it's important to check the facts about what you are saying and listen carefully. Even so, listen to the message very well and be honest to yourself as he is. He said , Incase you don't get that point. That, most of Gambians embrace the military including himself because development then in the country was very slow. While the soldiers said they are soldiers with difference. Which was the facts, many of the Gambian citizenry embrace the military junta in the beginning. This is no political. Is a learning point and experience for all , most importantly our government to learn and execute justice . We are having a government that is entrenching themselves to stay in power in any ways , a real tendency of dictatorship. They started to compromise the work of the trrc by promising APRC folks that Jammeh will be back into the country as a free citizen. Neglecting and disrespecting the pains and sufferations of the victims and the whole Gambians, Africans as a whole. Because we are one people . Let's give the due , where it supposed to be . May Allah help us all and guide our country and the continent as a whole.✊🏿

In justice system anywhere in the world and at any court of law , both parties are entitled to a lawyer. Essa representing Charles Tailor was in accordance with the law. People need to know how it happens. That's Charles Tailor human rights. May Allah guide us all to the right path.
