I feel like the female voice could be Helryx (one of the most knowledgeable beings about the nature of the Universe) as she condemns Teridax for locking them in “his Paradise”, playing God and burning the planet, but she also condemns the Great Beings who were the ones who came up with the entire plan. This line gets even better when you remember that, Makuta Teridax was able to set his one thousand year plan in motion because Mata Nui had grown distant of the Universe inside of his body, to the point he was almost completely Ignorant of what was going on in the Matoran Universe. Mata Nui had become complacent of his status as the Great Spirit and gave the beings inside his own body for granted. He was playing god, while the paradise of the matoran burned down.
