I have never eaten such delicious egg and ham toast! Korean street food recipe

I have never eaten such delicious egg toast with ham, cheese and cabbage. This is eaten for breakfast or lunch, it's quick, easy and affordable. If you don't have cabbage on hand, toss in any vegetables you have that would add crunch and flavor, such as sliced scallions or julienned zucchini. I love this recipe a lot!
Easy Korean toast - Korean egg toast recipe! Best "on the go" toast. I don't know who came up with this combination - cabbage and egg, but I think it's brilliant!
It's a perfect breakfast and / or lunch option for anyone (unless you don't like the egg) 🙂

Ingredients:
2 eggs
Cabbage
Ham
4 slices of bread
Cheddar cheese
butter
Ketchup and Mustard is "Optional"
