1 lb / 450g Ground beef
1 Shallot
3 Small garlic cloves
2-3 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
6 eggs
Season with salt and black pepper
Chives
Parmesan cheese (optional)

450g / 1lb ground beef
1 shallot (or small yellow onion)
Season with salt and black pepper
1/2 tsp Herbes De Provence
5 eggs
Pinch of Salt
1 shallot (or small yellow onion)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 carrot
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 cup fresh or frozen green peas
1/2 cup fresh or frozen corn
1 1/2 cups cooked white rice
Add cilantro
Add soy sauce to taste
200g / 7oz. Gruyere Cheese

Bless you Miss Sophie, how did you know I was looking for a ground beef recipe, got a serious Carnivore Jones going on and that inner beast needs satiating. I believe I would have made a pretty good Neanderthal, or at least an early Cro-Magnon, I can't imagine having more fun than chasing down an American Mastodon for 3 or 4 days, imagine riding that Beast Bareback, jump down from where-ever, what a blast raging through the American Bush with that monster trying to throw me off, right up my alley

essentially, it's an omellete with a lot of ground beef. I am diabetic and so I can't eat bread, but i love cheeseburgers, so what I do is make a cheeseburger omellete. lol. Just add ground beef to an omellete and add cheese and a little ketchup! the ketchup isn't as bad as you may think in the omellete b/c it goes so well with the beef. :)
