I like that the mattress uses 8" coils and latex so you know it won't get too hot, plus for being a very eco-friendly mattress its not too pricy. I also like that in all your videos you ask the people testing the mattresses what they're thoughts were of them.

Love that tuck shows 'spine support' for the different weight sleepers not sure the essentia tatami hybrid's spine support is good enough for heavy sleepers

I love these reviews. I need a new mattress and there are so many types available now. These reviews gives me an unbiased review and not just marketing from the company. Would love to see more information on how well mattresses are built quality wise.

Both the pressure map and the fact that this doesn't seem to warm up sounds awesome =)

I really like hybrids for their firmness and durability. This one sounds great with only a 2in memory and latex comfort layer. It offers the best of both worlds. I don't like to sink into a mattress so it's perfect. I also love that it uses recycled materials for the springs and that it's eco friendly! I've never heard of this mattress before but it's now on my radar as a good option! Thanks!

Never heard of this bed but it sounds interesting. I like the memory foam and latex combo but i wish it had more inches of comfort layers. I’m a side sleeper and would like a softer bed for pressure relief

This was a great review on a latex bed that i have never heard of before :) As a petite side sleeper i was impressed by your pressure mapping of the hip area and will have to look into it some more and see if this may be an option for me? Ive never really been interested in a hybrid but this one is interesting
@TuckSleep4 жыл бұрын
Thanks for watching, Colleen! Although there is a spring support core and latex in the construction, the memory foam does a great job conforming to pressure points side sleepers have. Our lightweight sleeper, Tess, was a huge fan of this as well!😊

I love that it is a hybrid, I think the extra support a hybrid gives is something we need.

Can't go wrong with a hybrid, Jennifer! Definitely the best of both worlds 😉

This bed sounds amazing!!! 3 favorite thing I heard was it's recicaled materials and natural. Number 2 is the edge is fairly firm to make it easier to get out of bed :) and number 3 it's recommended for average and heavy wight sleepers with is me and my boyfriend. :)

Those of three of our favorite features as well, Dezarae! Thanks for watching! 👍

I had not seen this bed before. It sounds like it has a lot going for it with it's firm support and cool sleeping temperature. Being a lightweight sleeper though, I would probably need a few more or softer comfort layers to give the pressure relief I would need.

Looks interesting except the problem with memory foam is heat retention and with a bad back I do like the pocketed coil base however. I will do some further research.

We found the bed to sleep on the cooler side, but there is always the possibility of some warmth with memory foam!

Great review! I really like you spine alignment comparisons. My old mattress is so worn out that trying out new mattresses feels a little weird.I think, "is my spine aligned on this one?"

Seems like a good mattress, and in love that’s it’s a hybrid, but it’s a little more expensive than the other hybrids I’ve looked at that are more targeted towards cooling, which is what I need. I like that it has the latex in its layered materials, but I think there are better mattress options for me personally.
@TuckSleep4 жыл бұрын
Those are valid points, Eliese. Natural/Organic mattresses often come with higher price tags which can be hard to justify for some. Luckily there are many options out there. Thanks for watching!

Never heard of this one. I do like that its latex. I not really sure that their is not much actual padding on the bed and its mostly springs. I am not sure why so many mattress companies are asking so much money for a few inches of Actual mattress< I mean at the end of the day you probably better off buying a really cheap normal bed and then spend a couple hundred of a memory foam topper and you would still get more comfort layers then some of these bed nowadays and spend a lot less money. I guess this is a good choice for some but for me it seems like I would be sleeping mainly on springs. But at the price I guess it would be worth the try and return it if it doesn't work out. Thanks Tuck for another informative video. you really make it easier navigating the vast seas of the bed world..lol

Kevlar? So is it bulletproof too? It looks like it's quite thin; I'm not sure if that would work for my husband and I. It looks like a great mattress maybe for my children.
@gus1gus1124 жыл бұрын
Would prefer the thickness of the latex to be 1.5" or more and the memory foam to be .5". I don't like the sensation of memory foam and prefer all latex, but I'd like to try a hybrid-coil with latex on top.

Nice review. A whole new mattress for me to look into. I like that it has coils. I am not looking for something that is all foam.
@bradpittmon74404 жыл бұрын
This mattress looks way to firm for us. Even though it offered good pressure relief it just doesn’t look super comfy.
@TuckSleep4 жыл бұрын
The comfort layers are on the thinner side and the memory foam at the top is definitely dense. Sounds like a more plush mattress would work best for you!
@lpittmon14 жыл бұрын
I like the feeling of hybrid mattresses that have combo of durable latex and pressure relieving and low motion transfer memory foam. The comfort layer seems a bit low in inches. With only .5 latex I wouldn’t call this a latex hybrid mattress.

This mattress seems very well constructed. The firmness level is a little too much for me otherwise it’s priced in the range it should be for this type of mattress.
@TuckSleep4 жыл бұрын
It's definitely on the firmer side, but a few of our lightweight sleepers here at Tuck found that the memory foam comfort layer offered a good amount of conforming. Our experience is that it felt more responsive than firm 🎾
