The dish originates from Spain (I’ve been told) so I’m pretty sure the seeds will be available at a Latin food store. They’re labeled as “achuete”, “atsuete” or “annatto” seeds.

Looks sooo soo good. I am moving to Saipan in August. So now is the time to lock in a place to live, I see many places for rent ranging from 300-1000 bucks a month, can anyone tell me what, if any, side of town is good or not good? For example is the east side not a good place for a single parent to live? If anyone has any ideas please let me know =)
