This shows up as I was trying to figure out if I could reuse my small spaces air freshener. I happened to have all the things..I grabbed a jar put the Epsom salt in then I added, apple cider, cinnamon and my favorite smell this time of year campfire!! Oh my it smells yummy. Maybe add half the cinnamon next time but it is delightful 😊! Thank you for sharing the idea 💡 😊

I totally lost my sense of smell and taste in February when I had the you-know-what. My dr suggested alpha-lipoic acid, an OTC supplement. While I don’t have 100% return, I gained quite a bit back of both smell and taste. Perhaps you could check with your medical person to see if it might be reasonable for you to try. I still sometimes completely lose taste or smell, and sometimes smell phantom things like smoke or sour. What a pain in the ahem it is to live with this. I’m sorry you’re dealing with it, too. Funny story (at least to me), I had some milk that was a day or 2 past the date and I sniffed it. Couldn’t smell a thing. So I had hubby sniff it. He about gagged. He didn’t appreciate it that I laughed while apologizing.

Thank you for the recommendation of the ALA I too am smell deprived but mine has been for years and from allergies (really bad ones) sometimes its.a blessing rotten milk , cat box, moldy found beans from months ago in the back of the fridge! My kids just stare and shake their heads. 😱 I'm willing to.try just about anything at this point.

If you have a fragrance/ scent you use often you can add the fragrance to some dendritic salt and let it dry and then add it to the epson salt and it will last even longer. I use it for my bath salts. Thank you. Love my pine essential oil from Azure!!!! I was about to send you a candle 😔

I had a candle years ago called rain. It smelled so clean and fresh. I’ve never seen it again or anything comparable. Do you have a similar fresh rain recipe?

Most of the time when you get a rain scent it is a pine and grapefruit or lemon mix of some kind. Think citrus for clean and pine for the outdoors.

Perfect for Christmas time.. I know what you mean about smells. We have a cat litter box.. no cats, just the litter box.. 😳 NO I'm kidding we've got 2 cats. This is a help me request. I seen you have a recipe for sweetened condensed milk. My stores here are out of the Le Lechera brand. It’s a sweetened condensed milk but it has a light caramel taste to it. I use it to make Vanilla Flan. It’s the only essential item. Thank you

Have you tried putting the unopened can of regular sweetened condensed milk in the crock pot of water to turn it into a caramel type sauce? I don't have a video but we have made it and it is tasty!

@ No I haven’t. But I will try it. How long in the crock pot. And on low heat. I’m an accomplished cook. When I retired graphic design in advertising. I took a job cooking for resort for nun want a be’s. Half asleep, when all my genius powers were at work, I decided that if I just open a can of sweetened condensed milk and stir until it picks up a caramel color. Well, it didn’t work. In fact the milk curdled. Now that takes skill. So now I’m going to sleep it off after cleaning up the kitchen and destroying the evidence. 🤣😂🤣😂 I turn 65 and brain think we are on vacation.
