Having to go to the store on the hub, it takes forever to load. If there is more than one free item to claim, it doesn't stay where you left off, it moves up half the way in the store. I would like some kind of tweak to that.

The real problem is 98.2% should give the max rewards. 100% is unrealistic to expect anyone outside the top 100 alliances. 90%, maybe 85% should be the top end of rewards. We really should also be able to do ALL of our war attacks and raid attacks in one sitting, every day without needing to core and without needing to wait.

My alliance has done two merges and I'm sure most have done that many or even more.. i can't imagine trying to recruit it's such a pain in the ass.

Very good video. I especially agree that better tools need to be available to Alliance Leaders/Captains, especially since Scopely requires full alliances with full participation to complete certain events.

I'm Capt in a plat3 alliance and we've almost split up a few times over these raids with half of us wanting to move up to Doom 3.4 and the other wants to stay at 3.1&2 cause they can't handle the nodes and won't core to finish the nodes. Everyday struggle to keep up with people fed up and leaving and recruiting new guys to try and keep up with the keys and raids it's crazy. Had 4 people retire the past few weeks and a few others switch alliances

My one big thing I'd like the most is like an alliance armory. Lots of games have ways to share stuff, and it makes catch up much more fun. I'd like to give some of my newer guys a ton of t2s for instance

Any tools or new QOL features need to be in-game. If people have to go here and there to do this and that... it will get largely ignored. And they really need to stop with these character releases or even events that require players to depend on their alliance's participation. Really hurting casual alliances with milestones like Coordinated Assault.

Wow didn't know Remanx is still playing this game. I unsubscribed all his discord and KZbin channels a while ago when he quit the game. Didn't know he came back until this video popped up on my notification. He should have never quit the game on the first place. And now coming back feels like. Sorry to say this, but this video feels like a shadow of his former self.

This game itself has become a "project to manage", i.e. what is my constraints, pre-requisites, dependencies, acceptance criterias etc., you should be always very careful before doing anything to not to miss any milestone, credit, gear etc.

These month long events are trash. The first time I don’t unlock one of the toons will be when I retire. I’m active and don’t intend to miss any but the events are so wild you never know when you might miss something important.

The problem I think is they probably don’t have anyone with the ability to do these quality of life improvements. A perfect example is the latest war gaff. I mean, how do you eff something up that’s been in the game for years.

This is why SWGOH is a much better game. They release new characters for purchase. AND LITERALLY 3 MONTHS LATER are farmable... and within 6 to 8 months have double drops. The fact that it's been a yr & Death pool, Ikaris & sersi are still not farmable is why this game will ultimately fail in a year. So many people have retired, alliances falling apart, events disguised as offers, these month long events are horrendous & there customer service is terribly bad... And I have a feeling this zombie event is going to be another Thanosgiving event all over again

Had anomaly detected at the end of a winning crucible match and lost that crucible round due to it. Would be fantastic if they did ANYTHING over on their end beside drive everyone away from the game and take their money 💰.

@brent smith i had a similar thing happen ,mine was as soon as i entered match my game was like having a seizure lol so i used my other phone to record and it cost me the round i sent it to support and they didnt respond they closed the ticket .lol

There needs to be a way to post an AD when you are recruiting, and it’s one of many that players looking for an alliance can go down a list and choose an alliance who’s demands and the players details are a match… also, an easier way to farm mats, the tools for farming for mats in this game are the worst I’ve ever seen in any game period

All your arguments can be summed up in one word.... "ergonomics"... Take a break on releasing a toon for one month and grease the machine. Feed the golden goose, or watch it starve to death.

Scopely doesn't have to improve the in-game tools. They just rely on a 3rd party app Discord. Lame that good alliances have to resort to discord but there's zero incentive for Scopely to improve the game.
