I've been feeling for ages that switching classes should be free once you're already at that level (lvl 3 blue iso fortifier switching to striker costs 0 once you paid for lvl 3 fortifier, etc.). Their current system punishes theory crafting, niché experimentation and mistakes/misinformation. That slight change relieves pressure and encourages fun engagement.

Theory crafting in mobile gaming is always a whale's luxury and a whale's problem. No one who isn't spending is going to spend resources to test anything. They will wait for the spenders to figure out the game. New units are a gacha for everyone. ISO is a gacha for whales

100% agree. I put level 4 iso skirmisher on MLF and now I only use her a a striker. Because I was wrong the first time I haven’t used any more iso4 since then and will not until absolutely necessary.

You're assuming that they care at all. They have proven over and over and over that the bottom line for them is nothing but their on income. Don't get me wrong; I'm not one of those online idiots that complains that they want/make money. This is a game, and they are a business. But Scopley's shift in this game caters only to whales & krackens. And as long as there are idiots out there that are spending thousands a month on a video game, developers are going to shift content towards profit, and throw insulting bones at the rest of us so we'll shut up. Sorry Remanx... but I don't think they are listening anymore. The way is shut...

From the very first time i playing this game, the most important advice i just hear again and again, that this is a resource management game. Thats the very point of this game. How can that ruin a whole playerbase, or anything at all? Everytime with every limited resources, you have to make a good decision. Thats all. Im not a whale, not even a gold fish but i do not think that any iso lv. Can be a problem. Just use what you have, pray the rng that you made a good decision and after take the responsibilties if that was not the best option for your toon.

You need RESOURCES in a resource management game, not Austerity.

Not only is it a fear factor for not wanting to invest until you have the correct answer, its killed some of the fun as well. Even if there was a iso tier list, if you wanted to try something wacky and experimental, you could do it just for the *fun* of it (There's that fun word again...) to see how it worked out. That aspect of ISO is sort of dead now.

I mean it always boils back to the same thing right? Those that spend, spend hard in order to stay doing the newest stuff. Therefore, scoples says "ooh I wonder how long we can push this? A month? 2? 6?? A year?!" If people keep spending, then they will never change. Simple as that

I miss the theorycrafting associated with iso. My Axmen changed so many times while learning the raids. Now, not only has iso theorycrafting gone the way of the buffalo, but so too has character/team theorycrafting, thanks in large part to scourges and Apocalypse overall.

Yeah, getting really tired of how they are doing things, I am quitting soon and going to galaxy of hero's, even if I keep up with MSF never spending again.

I left swgoh for many reasons, not the least of which was how far out of hand the mod system had gotten. I wasn't a marvel fan, but i followed Mobile Gamer to msf and started getting into the universe. Now I'm burned out and pretty much just coasting along, still plating because I feel committed to unlocking Apoc. But mostly waiting for Heroes of Middle Earth to come out so I xan leave this game behind.

I have to disagree with one point. No, they should NOT release the kit for apocalypse! Why? Let his kit be a surprise, at least until the datamines come out, so everyone will have a chance to review. Nobody should be able to see his kit early, not envoys, not content creators, nobody. Just the devs. So what if you have to change an Iso or two, that's not the end of the world. Just my two cents.
