I was real excited hearing this was coming to console. Played the free play days on Xbox and I really like it. Being old school wanted a physical copy. Went to multiple Gamestops,Best Buy and even checked Walmart. No dice. If I would’ve wanted Funko Pops Gamestop had a whole shit ton of those.

Just wish they would give mouse and keyboard support for anno 1800 ps5 version so the game is exactly like on pc : / just should make like a option to choose when entering the game if want to play console controller or mouse and keyboard. there are already plenty of ps5 games which support mouse and keyboard, that would be so amazing, because im a Mac user can't play it on computer : / MacBook Pro 16 m2 Max but to slow for this game.

no. the console editions have no DLCs at all except for the cosmetic pack which is a shame because the DLCs really are game changing mechanic on the PC version.

Tip one: don't buy because they literally aren't ever planning on adding the expansions, which is like a core part of this game. Console versions are super gimped. No idea why they thought that would help this do well.

A really good hint / tip would be for the developers to resolve the bugs at launch. For example 5min into the start of the campaign you can’t view the main island without texture issues as they stretch across the screen, this can be mitigated by zooming in tight but god knows how this passed quality control. It also transpires that once you build artisan houses this same texture issue will effect your own island thus making it very difficult to actually play the game. Also, for the love of god add a skip button to the start of the campaign, why do I have to catch pointless fish or watch that video, please respect my time and just let me skip right to the playable section, we all don’t have copious amounts of time to do needless busywork, let me play the damn game please.
