this guy and 1 other been my staple for learning the game. other guy does great breakdowns of npc exp gain per job each station spread sheet etc so u can lvl them up quickly. or quicker if u choose.

Viewers beware: There are either bandits or bears outside most of the Valley caves now, but the bandits are really easy to clear if you prepare a bunch of spears before hand, even as a fresh spawn as they're pretty stupid and not particularly aggressive. Also a great source of sellable loot early game.

@@altruism8193 You can pick them off at range with arrows if you agro them, then run until they stop chasing you and pick them off whilst they stand like idiots and again when they loose agro and run back.

3 tips, first a bear will kill you at some point in a cave😅, 2nd drop everything you mine as you clear the mine out to save time once everything is on the floor pick it up and move it to your storage 3rd smithing stops the season from changing till your done.

Cool I didn't know about a couple of the Oxbow caves, Thank you. I like to build miner outposts at the mines. 3 houses and storages for location convenience and extra storage weight. Never really have to even visit them again once up unless needing to decorate their homes for happiness increase. Oxbow is my first time in this game. Is the 1st Medieval Dynasty. is it as good?

Smart! I will usually place resource storage outside mines for the extra space as well. If you ever play solo, the first map is definitely worth playing! I would probably prefer the Valley if it had multiplayer, but there's a lot to like about the Oxbow! Maybe my opinion will change with time 🤷‍♂️

Hi Sir, first of all great informative video. Just a quick question will it be an issue if my base location is far from where I put the mines ? And just a follow-up does each Caves yield better specific ores ? Or their output is only base on the mood and lvl for the Villager(Miner) ?

1) Nope, but you can build a resource storage nearby the cave to dropoff 2) every cave has the same ores except Caves with mines built on the entrance 3)villagers generate resources and don't actually deplete nodes. The amount they generate depends on their extraction level

Is there a way to refill the cave workers tools without actually going down to the cave? Thats a lot of travelling between caves to replenish tools otherwise

You can place tools in the resource storage and they'll retrieve them on their own

only certain mountain rocks give stone, check around mountains. You can also get stone from metal nodes in caves

Thank you, I was so confused. I was using my stone pickaxe on the bigger rocks around the forest and nothing was happening. Seems kind of dumb, maybe I need a stronger pickaxe?

I got too good at farming. Sitting on about $50k in year 2. So I just buy all the iron tools. 100 iron arrows in my quiver right now... I don't like crossbow. Like my recurve... Next playthrough, no farming. I might even stream that....

Do you have 5000 production tech? If so, you could buy the ore and smelt it yourself. Or buy the bars at a vendor, but it may be expensive 😬

The new map is only out for steam at the moment, but it will be released for everyone before summer

You cant get copper in the extraction hut, unless you have a mkne unlocked already as well. At least on consoles
