I was born with it.. it wasn’t until 2022 that I was diagnosed with myoclonic and give seizure meds that it went away. I lived with it for 56 embarrassing years

They have a device that sends electrical pulses to help ease symptoms. The device can be purchased OTC and is worn for something like 10 minutes a day. Some see great results and some don't as you would expect. Worth a try if you're suffering from this.
